Computer won't turn pon

Product Name: HP Pavilion 15-inch Displays
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last night I forgot to shut my computer off while I went to have dinner. While I was gone it seems to have overheated and shut down. I've seen this issue with other computers before so I knew nothing was too wrong, it just needed to cool off. I left it alone for a few hours and tried to turn it back on. Nothing. Not even the power light would turn on, nothing happened when I pressed the power button. A lot of guides say to just hold down the power button to reset it but the light doesn't turn on so I don't know what to do. I let it charge all over night so I know it should have plenty of energy. My AC adapter works for my mom's computer (also HP) so I know that's not the problem. Every guide and troubleshoot page I read says that the issue is with the battery itself. But the problem is my computer has no latch to remove the battery, but rather  a sealed battery, so I can't remove myself. All I need is to find out how to get it out, and potentially replace the battery, and it is astonishing how unhelpful everything on the HP website was for this simple request. I just need to know who to call to get the battery out, nothing more, nothing less.

@Ricky_V

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
