Hi, 
My laptop has been freezing up at various points... during boot up of Windows or when I come out of hibernate and sleep. 
I've tried a lot of things I found online.  So far: 
Updated drivers, turned off fast boot, made sure keyboard could wake the OS, tried different bios versions, clean install of Windows 10 and 11 to see if there was any difference.  
I ran all of the tests in HP Support Assistant from within Windows and also the troubleshooting from UEFI diagnostics.  All passed. 
The only way that I can get it to boot up is to hold Windows+V to clear cmos.  
Even then, once I go into sleep or hibernate, the laptop is frozen upon waking up.  
This happens when plugged in or just on battery. 
Given that this happens with clean installs of various OS versions, I'm thinking it's more on a firmware level or even hardware, but wanted to reach out to more experienced people. 
Any further guidance is appreciated.  Thanks.
