Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

First, Hello every boady in HP support team,

After I finished update the laptop BIOS from windows 10 64 Bit, using file named sp76803.exe,
I installed windows 10 64 Bit from bootable flash (UEFI),

After finished and restarted the copmuter, fast Message appered mean that the machine will restore the default BIOS settings,

After that when I try to enter the BIOS settings message appears "Enter Administator Password",
After three failed attempts message appears "System  Disabled [ i  50855936 ]".

Please, Help me to know The BIOS Administrator Password.

*Note: I did not set BIOS password ever.

Hi,

The code I posted is correct for that halt, so if it's not working, try the following.

1.  Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery.  Hold  down the Power button for 30 seconds.  Plug in the AC Adapter ( leave the battery out for the moment ), start the notebook and try entering the code ( 45733318 ) again.

2.  Try entering the code via an external usb keyboard.

3.  Remove the hard drive, power on the machine with the drive absent and try entering the code again.

Regards,
