HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-ee0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 3 month old HP ENVY x360 convertible laptop keeps restarting itself. I've turned off the setting to restart when it has an error, and turned off the fast startup option, I've checked for BIOS updates and hardware issues but everything is coming up normal. I have absolutely no idea what to do to fix this.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing the latest chipset driver from AMD resolves the problem.

AMD Ryzen™ and Athlon™ Mobile (Chipset) Drivers & Support | AMD

I have the same model in the series (15-ee047nr), but I haven't experienced any problems like that.

I did install the above chipset driver in my notebook, and it works fine.

If the problem persists, I recommend that you contact HP customer services in Ireland and submit a support case under the warranty.

It might be a flaky memory chip that needs to be replaced.
