Product: HP Elitebook 745 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a customer here in Sweden that have an HP Elitebook 745 G4 that asks for BIOS Password when i tries to update bios.

He has been in contact with HP support in Sweden and got the answer that there is a tool that they use to send to customer to reset the password, but the have stoped doing that in Sweden.

Is the tool available in some other channel ?
