HP envy 17t

Brand new computer just opened three days ago. It has now looped itself on rebooting after saying it ran into an issue (not sure what issue considering it was in sleep mode just before picking it up and seeing this message. We’re now goin from the third hour and the computer won’t even respond to the power button. Please help, I need this puppy for work.
