Envy - Product ID: K2T35AV
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My HP Envy laptop is stuck in a boot loop.  System Fast Test shows ‘Hard drive short DST check: failed’.  Failure ID: RGFBMF-7KHAHR-MFPWLJ-60UN03.  Please advise what can be done.  Thanks.

That warning and symptom usually means the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.  That will also mean that Windows needs to be reinstalled.
