Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-4002dx (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As this post laid out; I have a dead motherboard / no power / no reason for this to be happening with such a new barely used machine.

Can I get an escalated support rep to assist me or do I have to buy a used motherboard that will (also likely fail right after I install it)?
