product name: HP ENVYX360 

system disabled code: i 51160736

need administrative password. My laptop is not leaving that blue screen. How do I take off this disabled screen.

Hi, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.

That was the only way it could be done.

Also the forum rules were amended on 1 March 2019, which no longer allow HP to help with removing passwords.

P.S.

You might wish to get in contact with the HP support and they might offer you to pay for a replacement mainboard.
