Hi,
At the password screen, hit enter 3 times - if you receive a 'halt code', post back with this code.

Is your halt code prefixed with a 'i'?

Hi,
Unfortunately the hashing routine for any codes that start with a 'i' have changed, so at the moment your best option would be to Contact HP support - they should be able to provide the code you require to unlock the machine.
