Hp omen laptop wont boot up

hp omen 15-ax250wm

Hello all, I bought a hp omen gaming laptop about a year ago and today when i got home from work the laptop would not boot up. I left this morning and shut it off, came back and tried to hit the power button and it does nothing. I tested the power cord and its putting the correct voltage out. The light indicator is indicating that it is charging. When plugged in the power button just blinks repeatedly every few seconds or so. It is a non removable battery but I took it apart and disconnected the battery wire, held the power button for 30 seconds put everything back together and still just does the same thing. I've tried holding the power button for 10 seconds as well with the ac cord unplugged and still nothing. When the power light blinks on for a few seconds it is giving off power through the USB ports. I've tried almost everything and just cant figure out what's wrong. Maybe a hardware issue. Any help is appreciated.
