Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sorry, but the condition of being "hacked into" is so generic, that it would be impossible for us, from here to try to present any individual, detailed solutions.

The BEST approach in such situations is to do a complete factory reset on the PC, as this will remove everything and reinstall it from scratch.

You can try pressing the F11 key repeatedly when booting the PC and that should bring up an option to run HP Recovery Manager, which should then present the option of doing a Factory Reset.

If that doesn't work, then your recourse is to use something known as HP Recovery Media to do the reset.

Presuming this is a Windows 10 PC, once you have the model number, you can use this link to order the Recovery Media: HP PCs - Obtaining HP Recovery Discs or an HP USB Recovery Drive | HP® Customer Support

Then, when you get that (probably a USB stick), you need to insert that into the PC, press the Esc key repeatedly while booting, and then choose the option to boot from that USB stick.
