Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an issue with BIOS update I've follow HP Support Assistant to update my BIOS and is show the FLASH was successful before it went black out.

I thought it was still updating in progress and wait for 3 hours +.

Then, i sense something wrong.

Whatsapp to HP support and tried out all the drain battery, CTRL + B/ V and even tried out with USB recovery method.

But all in vain. Can anyone help me on this?

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like the system BIOS is corrupted and it needs to be flashed by the manufacturer. Hence, I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.
