Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop was closed and now will not wake up. I’ve tried all the steps I found online and still nothing. Any suggestions??

I've tried all those steps with the exception of the memory module because I cannot get the back off the laptop

@Mmiller0992 The last link I shared has the details you need to remove and reconnect the memory modules as well, if the steps aren't working for your device: click here to enter your product details and select the user guides > service & maintenance guide for details on your specific product.
