Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop not booting, showing a light on the power button, the fan spinning very fast, wifi button blinking orange. The laptop (HP Elitebook) previously was shutting down without notice. When I checked I realized the fan was not spinning. I opened it and removed the dust, now the fan is spinning but the laptop is no longer working: I have tried the following solutions: 

  • Pressing the power button for 30 sec to discharge the board - did not help
  • Changi the ram with a working one - did not work 
  • Using a different working monitor to test - still no display

I will really appreciate the help.
