HP Pavilion 15-f125wm

I will try to describe this the best I can, as I am not too tech savvy.

I have a laptop that is a little over seven years since I got it. (may contribute to the issue)

Operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit (yes, I have an antivirus and am well aware of security risks)

Laptop model is an HP Pavilion 15-f123wm with Intel Celeron n2940. 4GB RAM.

One day, I turned off my laptop.

However, when I turned it back on, it didn't turn on. No sign of life, except for the caps lock key blinking and the airplane mode on. I tried everything from reseating RAM and battery, BIOS flash (most likely not a BIOS issue),  and more. The caps lock doesn't blink for a few seconds, blinks twice, stops, and then repeats the same thing.

I am trying to avoid shipping it off to a repair center. Warranty has expired.
