Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP Pavillion model dv7 won't boot up. Has this happened to anyone and is there anything that can be done?

Are you able to get to the BIOS? If you are able to get to BIOS, then it is an issue with Windows and we can always reset the OS

 

Shut down the notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration Menu ( BIOS )

 

Are you getting any error messages?
