Product: HP Stream - 14-cb172wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

For about the past month, my laptop will no longer wake from sleep mode. No response from the keyboard or mouse pad. I have to hold the power button until it powers off, then power it back up. I've been through the help community extensively to no avail! There are no "power management" tabs for the mouse or keyboard as others have suggested.
