Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0011dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Message appears: Enter Administrator Password or Power on Password. How do I get the SMC.bin file? Every number I've called for HP service ends up with someone who says they can repair the computer remotely and wants to charge an initial and monthly fee. I appreciate any hep anyone can provide. Thank You

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.
