Pavilion X360 M3 convertible PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

For some reason my computer restarted and now won’t fully boot. Every time I turn it on it prompts me to select keyboard configuration, and then gives my the option of “turn off computer” or “advance troubleshoot” in Adv troubleshoot, I cannot restore, cannot reset, the backup is gone, nothing at all functions properly. I did an extensive diagnostic it went over 5 cycles around 6 hours and came up with zero error codes. F11 DOES NOT DO ANYTHING. Hard reset (power for 15 seconds etc) DOES NOTHING. I’m completely lost.. and this was a 700-800$ laptop that was working fine yesterday.. never showed signs of issues.. I don’t get this one bit.

Hi:

If your notebook was made in 2016 or later, it should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will need to have access to another working Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive.
