My HP 15-R033TX going to shutting down suddenly at 60% battery available. even I use F2 button.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My HP 15-R033TX is going to shutting down suddenly at 60% battery available, and I am replaced with new battery. even I use F2 button to troubleshoot memory and hardware, their is no issue. even I try to BIOS update with your software SP91630 through pen drive during BOOTING, I press Windows+B and after I hold the Power bottom within 2-3 second and leave power button without leaving windows+B button, and I waited at least 20min but there is no any screen related BIOS update. I tried many things but it dose not work and i can't fixed it. 

so please, I request you to help me out to resolve it. please please reply me as soon as possible.
