Product: G42-415DX Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's displaying just splashing colors blue green and others and I have tried the f8 and f12 keys but nothing is changing

Hi,

Most likely it is a problem with the panel. If you attach to an external monitor/TV is the image good?
