brauche dringend hilft habe mir ein Laptop gekauft  von Hp allerdings habe ich das Problem sobald ich ihn Hochfahren will das er beim Hp Logo hängen bleibt nur wenn ich die Maus  und das Akkukabel entferne fährt er hoch hab leider 0 Ahnung wie ich das hin bekommen möchte ihn ungerne zurück schicken weil ich ihn brauche .
