i am getting the following message come up when trying to open my device but I have no boot disk 

 

no bootable device insert boot disk and press any key

 

can anyone help

That message is indicating the hard drive has probably failed.  It is a generic message for that.  The other possibilty is there is disk in the DVD/CD drive or a media card in one of the card readers.

The device does not have a dvd/cd rom so this cannot be the case?

The problem mostly points toward the hard disk , that it is failed ( the problem no bootable device means your system does not have any drive from which your system can boot) try uefi diagnostics for hard disk and if the test passes try reinstalling os . . . . . Open the system with no external device connected

From clicking f2 I get a different screen and it says memory test hard drive check language and exit it does not appear the same as shown on the link?

After a 2 hour diagnostic it has all passed but still not working, anyone else got any suggestions
