Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have changed my laptop's battery (Genuine Battery)recently from a HP authorized center but after the change, its saying that Non HP battery detected at the time of boot. I have tried all the options available in the internet starting from 

1. BIOS update

2. Microsoft AC adapter update

3, My HP Assistance software is updated

4. Windows is update

 

Please someone help me to fix this issue

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a non HP battery detected message on startup.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I see that you have already performed all the relevant steps and I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
