Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good Morning I have an HP 15-AY009DX notebook that was connected to the TV through HDMI, we give an output and on the back we turned on the notebook, and it was not calling anymore, press the power button, it's the indication that is connecting, but then turns off , But keep the led on next to the charger delivery. If anyone can give me an idea of what it can be to solve, I'll be grateful.

Greetings @d1t3r13,

Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are not getting any display on the TV or the computer when it is connected to the TV using HDMI, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Do you get any display on the computer when the HDMI is not connected?

Request you try the steps suggested in this HP Article to resolve any issues with HDMI.

Keep me posted.
