Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1043dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My notebook has been working fine but today it will not power up. I think the A/C adapter is working fine because there is a solid light at the plug-in as usual. When I press the power button, the only thing that happens is the white LED on the Caps Lock button blinks three times slowly, then two times fast. I have tried to power it up both with the adapter connected and disconnected, but it seems to do the same thing either way.
