How would I get Out-of-warranty repair from HP?

My laptop won't power on.

The support page direct me to ubreakifix 3rd party repair shop. There is no link to start a case.

Can I get official HP repair if I pay in full out-of-pocket?

Hello @Hermi11

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

Could you please explain exactly what the problem is and what has been done so far, so that one can understand the case.

Kind regards

The laptop turned off during use, and won't turn off ever since. Power botton did nothing. (battery is full)

Hello @Hermi11

--- Solution A) ---

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
[Always recommended] Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
[Always recommended] The function of the fan(s) must be checked

Short circuit test

- ( if required ) Bios (chip) desolder, reflash, Bios (chip) solder in

charger/battery test

- Components test

General cleaning ...

You should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

--- Solution B) ---

Buy a used/new notebook

Kind regards
