Post-Clean Boot issues.

HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Last night I performed a clean boot in order to fix some graphics issues I was having while playing some games. After the clean boot my login doesn't pop up after I boot my computer back up. I have to wait several minutes for it to come back up, and when it does it keeps telling my password is incorrect even though I never changed it.

My computer also cannot connect to any network even through an Ethernet.

Your help is much appreciated!!
