hp elitebook 8460p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i power on my laptop before windows boots it shows me this error message.

I saw some tutorials fixing this issue using HPBQ138.exe , HDPU.

None of these solutions worked for me.

There are tons of people like me with the same issue.
