Reset my computer without Windows password or CDs

HP MINI
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
Hi,

I cannot log in on the Windows screen. I have a password for Bios. I just need to be able to get into this computer, I bought almost 2 years ago on eBay and have not been able to use it! Please help! I just want to reset this so I can use it.

Thank you, Jessica

Have you tried pressing F11 at the startup HP logo?

If the HP recovery partition is intact, this option will allow you to reset your PC to factory settings.

Please note, Doing this will delete everything from the Hard Drive of the PC so if you saved something on the PC in the past, it will all be gone.

At Windows log in, I've tried resetting the password, but it says 'no drive' this feature requires removable media, such as a floppy disk or USB flash drive. Please insert a floppy disk or connect a USB flash drive, and then try again. No spot for a CD or disk, only USB, so how would I get the USB needed?

this recovery USB should be created after you log in windows successfully.

in your current situation, it's too late to create it.

you could try F11 again.

restart your computer, press F11 immediately, HP recovery message will show up & tell you the next step.

if you saw HP circle logo, that meas you fail, restart computer & try again F11.

btw, F11 will erase your data in HDD. your data will miss.

Try to press ESC button as soon as you see the HP logo.

You would see a list of options.

If F11 is not one fo these, it means that the recovery partition has been removed from the Hard Drive.

Your only way around would be to re-install the OS from a USB Flash Drive or Windows DVD.

Ok, seems like the recovery partition has been removed. How do I beg the USB flash Drive? I can't do anything in BIOS?
