Product: Spectre x360 - 13-ae013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everybody, Spectre x360 - 13-ae013dx doesnt turn on the power button light blinks (stays on for 3 seconds, stays off for 3 seconds), other details are:

 

-Battery charges starts amber becomes white

-When press power button for more than 10 seconds its stops. If press again starts blinking  (stays on for 3 seconds, stays off for 3 seconds), the same happens with the amber micro led close to the power port (USB C).

 

Well that all hope anyone can help me as my warranty ended 4 months ago...

This is a Hardware issue. Please contact HP Support for Service Options
