Product: Hp pavillion dv6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop is suddenly off when and it can't turn on back even the charge light doesnt blink.

What can i do?..

when this happen i open my laptop while charging and take off the battery.

Have you tried a different Ac Adapter? If the issue persists with a different AC Adapter, please contact HP Support for Service Options since it would be a Motherboard issue
