Windows won't boot up after bios update

HP ProBook 430 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

The laptop I'm having issues with is ProBook 430 G2

Last night I reinstalled my operating system on my laptop and when installing drivers for my new windows 10, I downloaded the bios update and installed it. After the update finished  the laptop restarted to apply the update for the bios but it didn't boot up since. When I press the power button the lights turn on for 2-3 seconds and then it just shuts down again and the screen is black the whole time.  I tried Removing the battery and the power supply, and holding the power button for a minute, it didn't do anything. I also tried holding the Windows + B and power button that doesn't seem to do anything either, but the capslock LED turns on and stays on until I try to turn the machine on again, not sure why. It seems like the bios update did something to the machine but I'm not sure what and how to fix it. Any help would come in handy, thanks a lot!

Hello,

Win Key + B did not work. You can try recovering the BIOS with USB device.

Please see instructions at this HP Support page.

You should contact HP for service if this also fails.
