Product: Pavilion dv7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When turned on the screen asked for safe mode or start normally. Regardless of which is chosen the laptop screen goes blank and stays blank. I can still go to system diagnostics and the start up test was fine as was run in test. Hard disk test show that no hard disk was present. The diagnostic log show two 03f1 error codes and three 03f0 error codes. How do I fix this if it can be fixed?

Hi

With the errors you give I guess the Hard Drive has had a total failure.

It there is a 24 character code generated when an F2 diagnostic is run, please post it.
