I get a blue screen( due to bad update from recommended hp web site)

when I press F2

version1.24.0.0- Bios

(memory test)

(hared drive)

(language)

(exit)

memory quick check pass

same bios version

visit hp

Testing drive  1

smart check and short DTS pass

same bios version 

visit hp  go tech

So how do I get my laptop to work when I only see blue screen?

like I said everything started when  HP Support assistant try to up date my laptop.
