continuous beep sound while turning on and mouse cursor is lagging

HP Pavilion G6
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I have bought HP Pavilion G6 about 4 years back. Now while turned on the continuous beep sound is coming but after while the system will open. After turned on the cursor would not , if i press "ESC" key the cursor becomes active and again some error sound will come and it will not work properly. There is a lag while using the touch pad and also  If i delete the file it is not deleting.

Please suggest if i can do anything for that problem before carrying to the service center.
