"Product Information not valid" error message at POST

HP Recommended
Pavilion DV3
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I just replaced the motherboard and I received a "Product Information not valid" error at POST. The message is followed by "The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.
System Board (00A) - Product Name
System Board (00A) - Product Serial Number
System Board (00A) - Product Number"

The CT #  for that board is: PBQCF00RHZ30I1

To resolve this issue, contact HP. You will be asked to provide the fourteen-digit System Board Commodity Tracking (CT) Number

Thanks Visruth but the unit is out of warranty and I'm asked to pay for support (which I cannot do right now). I was hoping the community would have another solution.

Unfortunately nothing can be done for this issue from here in community
