Backlit Keyboard Not Working

HP ENVY TouchSmart 14-k118tx S
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This happen after I sent my laptop to repair shop to check crack on my hinge cover.
I have try everything that suggested on this forum and others.

The backlit keyboard worked before. Now I can't get the backlit keyboard to work.

Normally I just click F5 or FN+F5, but neither now works.

Every other function work just fine.

Is there something I could do to get the backlit keyboard to work again?

Thanks in advance,
