Ram Slots available - 2 Slots

Ram slots used - 1 slot used for a 2gb Ram

2Gb Installed Ram specifications - 2GB 1RX8 PC3-12800S-11-11-B3, 1600MHZ, Single RANK AND Single Channel

So I want to upgrade my laptop's RAM FROM 2GB TO 6GB by adding another RAM of 4gb in second available slot. My laptop supports 8gb ram and it supports dual channel too. 

I will ask three questions in point

  1.  Does Mixing 2gb Ram of single rank (1RX8) with 4GB Ram of dual rank(2RX8) will cause incompatibility issue , will it work or not, considering  same SPEED 1600MHZ?
  2. Are Single Rank- Dual Rank and Single Channel-Dual Channel are same things or different ?
  3. Does Mixing of single rank and Single channel 2gb ram with 4gb dual rank and dual channel will cause problem ? Note-Considering same 1600MHZ speed and as latop supports dual channel, but I am not sure of mixing single rank with dual rank? 

Suggest me some ram of 4gb compatible for mixing with 2gb (specifications described above) on amazon.in and flipkart.com
