I also noticed that this problem is very common, finding posts about the same problem all the way back to 2016.
My laptop Was bought mid-2015, I use it for work, and until this point it has been great and reliable. This incident makes me question buying another HP or recommending HP to colleagues.
Please contact me with next steps in correcting this problem.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I bought it less than a year ago, why such expensive item has these type of issues?
I tried pressing W+B and also W+V per other recommendations, but nothing works. I see many posts with these same issues, and don't see HP stepping up respond.
I'm on business travel abroad, and now this is such huge problem.
Anyone can help?
