pavilion 15-p022tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a heating issue with my laptop. My laptop is HP pavilion 15-p022tu.I use laptop more than 5 years without any issue. But now I noticed that laptop fan is spinning fast and loudly. I checked the CPU usage but there is no process running in the background (usage under 10%). I checked the CPU temperature using Intel XTU. The CPU temperature is going round 60 - 70 Celsius when laptop in idle. When gaming its going around 95-99 Celsius and FPS dropped (I played the same game without any issue earlier). I cleaned the air vents and fan, but still same. I noticed that the air coming out of the vents are not hot and its room temperature. How to fix this issue...? Any solutions..?

Thank you.
