Product: probook 440 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

I have a Probook 440 G4 and I had use Windows 10. About one month ago, after updating my laptop to the newest build, I can't use my fingerprint sensor anymore. I tried to reinstall the drivers and OS, updates to the newest BIOS but still not working. After that, I can't find my fingerprint sensor in Devices Manager, too.
