I dont know what HP is doing but ther quality and support has gone down a few notches, I Have a Envy DV-7 Notebook and since i got this notebook it has been delivering full power shocks from one of the USB ports when i plug in my AC adapter to Charge the battery I dont have a warranty left on this NB because i was deployed overseas and I dont see HP helping a Veteren without Charging them More Money Now I have a Toshiba Laptop and it has been thru alot worse then this HPEnvy ever has and it works 100% no shocks.
HP used to be a top end company now its like quality means nothing without charging for repairs to their own products.
What am I to do Anyways anyone know why this machine is "Lighting up My Life when the Battery is Low?"
Thanks anything would help explain this ongoing issue and P.S. its not the wall outlet because we run tests regularly on all our APUs
