Hi!

I have a quick question about warranty level.

Our company have bought laptops with warranty included. It's still active, service level says it consists of:

Std Office Hrs Std Office Days 
Std Office Hrs Std Office Days 
Global Coverage 
Standard Material Handling 
Standard Parts Logistics 
Pickup by HP 
10 Business Days Turn-Around 
No Usage Limitation 
HP Ships to Customer Site 

 

Does that mean that HP must pick-up equipment itself? If yes, where should I put my requests to?
