Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. 

 

I have a touchpad with two set of mouse buttons, one at the bottom of the notebook (lower row), and one between the touchpad touch area and the keyboard (upper row). 

 

After installing the latest driver from hp.com (sp96965.exe), the upper row of buttons stopped working completely.

 

What could cuase this issue?
