plugged in, not charging message

HP Envy 15 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop is plugged to power source and I am receiving the "Plugged in not charging message". I did the battery check and it indicates that the battery is fine. I bought a new HP AC adapter to rule this out at as the issue. I have read other forums and they indicate removing the battery, but mine is internal. Please advise.

Thank you 🙂
