HP Recommended
Product: HP ProBook 450 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
product number   7DE38ES#ABZ
 
Without having done anything that I was aware of, 10 days ago my laptop started to restart after shutting down or suspending it. 
I tried all updates, including bios, all recovery and finally I reinstalled windows 10 after erasing all disk.
It keeps restarting. 
Any Idea? Is it an hardware problem? How  can I contact assistance? The assistance page recognises my laptop, is aware that it is still in warranty, but when I click on it, nothing happens.
