replacing or upgrading a video card

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

recently bought a laptop, I like it, but would like to raise fps in games, replacing or upgrading the graphics card. Is this possible?

No. Sorry. There is not a graphics "card" it's a chip or chips soldered on the motherboard so not replaceable.

 

You have this:

 

AMD Radeon™ R5 M430 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)

 

There might be a motherboard for your model series with higher graphics but the cost of replacement would be too high to make sense.
