Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The audio driver does not work properly sometimes it works and some other times no output audio device is detected. 

 

I tried the HP assistant app and it solved the problem only one time, later the audio device disappeared from the list of drivers and no audio was available. 

 

Besides when the problem occurs the settings of the audio in the settings window don't open and close by itself each time I try to open it.
